decent stay with a few drawbacks

the staff was really helpful.. patrick assisted me with everything i needed . the location was ideal. it was close to all the important attractions. i found the self serve laundry facilities handy for catching up on washing after my road trip.
my room faced the main road so it got quite noisy at times. there seemed to be very little soundproofing between rooms. it was easy to hear my neighbors watching tv at night.

decent location, some issues

bleach smellmissing soap
the room reeked of bleach when i arrived, and the smell never dissipated. i had a headache the entire time because of this. additionally, i found multiple hairs in the shower that were not mine. there was no hand or bar soap available in the bathroom either. it reminded me of cleanliness was sacrificed for the sake of a strong, lingering smell.
